AGM / DGM / GM - HR
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR function across recruitment, performance, training, and compliance.
- Oversee employee lifecycle, KPI/KRA, PMS, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Manage statutory compliance under Factory Act, 1948.
- Handle government liaison, legal matters, and general administration.
- Guide and mentor the HR team to align with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- 25+ years of HR leadership experience in a steel/manufacturing setup.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and employee relations.
- Proven expertise in HR strategy, policy formulation, and people management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
