Asst. Manager / Sr. Manager – HR & Administration
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all HR & admin functions at the unit level.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure statutory compliance (DLC, Factory Inspector, PF, ESI, P Tax).
- Implement HR policies and process improvements.
- Liaise with government and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR & administration in a manufacturing setup.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, payroll, and compliance tools.
