Required profile:  
Expert knowledge of business processes, accounting, reporting methodology.

Expert knowledge and application of accounting standards under Indian GAAP.

Awareness of reporting under GAAPs as may be required for the group reporting for various entities.

Capable of spotting the issues and providing options for solution.

Expert knowledge of Direct and Indirect taxes and awareness of corporate laws.

Excellent team management & client handling experience.

Analytical Skills, Attention to details, Confidentiality & Strong Ethics.

Roles & Responsibilities:  
Finalization of assurance assignments (including group reporting) independently.

Hands on to Financial Planning & Reporting, Budget analysing, Forecasting, Revenue, Project Accounting, Monitoring Cost Control, Product Pricing, and Tender preparation.

Managing Cash Flow, Fund Flow management including all receivables and payables of the units.

Formulating Annual/ Monthly budgets of the unit and having commercial knowledge in taking strategic decisions.

Skills of handling the Statutory as well as Internal Auditors and finalising various Financial Statements.

Ability to display project management skills and graphical representation of various financial reports and execute tasks within strict deadlines.

Assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measures.
