Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, and Professional Tax regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal audit teams.
• Prepare MIS reports and manage litigation updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manufacturing accounts and taxation.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and audit processes.
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
